What can I Watch? Edition 9

Last week I did not recieve as much discussion as I had hoped for! I did, however, notice a comment from Scott that really got me thinking.

As much as I don’t think this really fits into the category of “what you can watch” but it is something you can consider doing.

Visit your grandparents (if you can) and talk with them about their years of growing up, compare the differences between then and now, what’s changed? What hasn’t? etc. I know when I spoke to my grandma about it I was quite surprised at some of the things she was telling me.

I thought this was actually a very good idea, so I looked on YouTube for clips like this. I think I found what I was looking for! Watch these, and comment about them.

What do you think of these? Perhaps you have heard, or remember, stories about life during the war and the great recession, maybe about the difference in life that computers made?

Thank you,

Shane

    don’t ya love cliche’s?

They are history teaching you just like our elders.
