Visit your grandparents (if you can) and talk with them about their years of growing up, compare the differences between then and now, what&#039;s changed? What hasn&#039;t? etc. I know when I spoke to my grandma about it I was quite surprised at some of the things she was telling me.</description>

I know many people who love to sit down and watch DVD&#039;s but I like to be more involved with people and sport doing rather than watching.</description>
