Good article Shane ,
Nice observation ...for sure . I do stay in Rural areas and as you said most of the shops know each other deep down .. their choices , the items they might not like and stuff ,Of course that is a also a need to understand what our customer like individually Do not you think .
One more thing yes even in rural store big franchise store has its own style .The owener of the franchise of a super market is always trying to be with the customer on the floor and not in his office .. This is really nice to have the owner with you ..
Regards
Sudeep

I did not take business because school gives a false perspective on it, and I wanted to do media instead.

Thank you for commenting Tom! I never realised that the Diet version had text changes, thought it was just colour.

Hey Shane.

Great article today. Couldn't agree more with your points on branding on how important it is to building a successful business.

One thing I love is watching major companies brand. It's really incredible how much they put into thinking about every aspect of your product. I think about Coke often. If you look at their diet version, you see much lighter colors with a less bold text. On the normal brand, you have very bold colors, and bold text.

Incredible stuff!

Thanks Shane!
