You have probably noticed I use a lot of &quot;lol&quot; and it is one phrase that I am working on cutting down. It has turned into a habit of writing it and has made people think I am not very mature, more than once.</description>

		<description>With regard to people losing their jobs everyone using social media should remember this. Cyberspace is no different to other forms of communication when it comes to the laws of liable and confidentiality. Before you write think! 
Ask yourself a question. &quot;If I were to say this to my boss or have this written in the newspapers would I get in trouble?&quot; If the answer is &#039;yes&#039; then don&#039;t write it down - anywhere! Unless of course you want to get into trouble!

As for phrases and codes such as lol then it really depends on where and when you are using them. In friendly banter with people you know well in the business world then perhaps you can get away with it but in a more formal situation I would avoid them.</description>
