		<description>Good points made. I find a &#039;to do&#039; list is vital. At the end of each day make a list of the jobs for tomorrow with the most important at the top of the list. When items on the list are of equal importance do the jobs that you hate or dislike first. That way you can get them out of the way and not be thinking about the fact that you have such tasks to do which may slow you down on other tasks to try and avoid them.</description>
