When people ask me what i have done so they can see my work, I don't have anything to show them.</blockquote>

Hey Mike. It's nice to see that you see the potential in the cyberspace world. Continuing to think open minded and outside of the box will ultimately help you excel beyond even your own expectations.

My suggestion for you at this time, because you are still young. Use this opportunity while you have the free time to build on YOUR OWN projects. Build something for yourself or your friends that is entertaining enough to keep them coming back for more. All the while you are continuing to add new exciting things for them to come back to. If you start with one good hook. It could work. Continue to make contacts. It's a great idea to get to know the people and connections you know online. I remember the first time I met someone and didn't take the time to really get to know who they are and what they do. After a few years of knowing him discovered he was a fantastic programmer and we finally partnered. I imagine if I knew that years before.

A good place to start with building a portfolio is to make a website that you like and can feel confident presenting to total strangers.

I shall ask John to answer your question! I am also 15 and have done freelance work in the past. I presume you mean Web Design? If so, my advice to you is to make about 20 full templates and put them on a website as free templates. This will provide you with a solid foundation as a portfolio and would give you good reputation for free quality designs.

It is very good that there are people like this. Without thinking out of the box, how could we possibly progress?

That is excellent news! The purpose of this blog has always been to help inspire and motivate the audience. I am very glad it had this effect on you!
