Today I have an exciting interview for you to listen to! I will soon (hopefully) be updating this post with a transcript and more information, but I really want to publish it for you all to listen to. This is the first audio interview to ever be published on Success Circuit, so I did have quite a few technical problems… hopefully you will be able to hear it all.

I am sure you can see why I think Dale is so inspirational. He is 18 and is working on starting up a transatlantic airline… that’s big aspirations and he is going after them very quickly!
You can find even more about Dale at dalejstephens.com.

Dang ,How inspirational to say the least. I love the quality of the audio by the wayand love the fact that Dale is off to one heck of a start. I would love to try the UCLA four week business course. I would love to hear a little more of the other businesses that he developed. I wonder if you could also let us know how you two did the audio and the equipment you used. I think both of you are off to one heck of a start to being future business millionaires. I love the fact that he over came the obstacles of the library and it can only serve to build the respect and life goals. His comment on dress for success is also so true. I was at a interview and could not believe how my competition dresses. I was told long ago to dress to a level of where you want to be. I love the thought process he used for the brain storming with his friends. Congrats to both and here's looking forward to the future Richard Bransons of the world. Any chance for a part two interview on what Dale uses for a boot strap start up. Again WOW. Talk about chasing the dream and not being afraid. Fortune Favors the Bold
Great Interview Shane. Good to hear your voice at last! When shall we work together and set up an airline? British Airways are falling apart and the market place should open up!
Ahaha, well I must admit it was once one of my dreams to own a plane (more specifically.. concorde!) but I think going against Dale is a very bad idea!
I am glad you liked it, my voice sounds terrible. At the time my headphones must have been broken or something as there was a lot of background noise, came out better than I was expecting!
I am glad you liked it Paul. It is inspirational, one of the most inspirational posts on this website.
Any chance for a part two? I hope so… I want to see how the fund finding goes! In fact, I think Dale is one person that we should follow at each stage, so if he does not mind we may well have a whole series of interviews with him!
Hey shane, I'm not a big podcast listener, it would be great if you also provided transcripts like Micheal does over at IncomeDiary!
Hey Tom, same goes for myself. I much prefer reading the transcripts. You must understand though that Michael has more money than I do, so he outsources almost everything. However, I have to do everything myself… and transcribing is much harder than it seems to be. I am working on it though!
That is true! I hadn't even thought that he might outsource his transcription. You're doing a great job with this blog though!
At least the airline industry isn't notoriously one of the most fast-paced and challenging industries on the planet. At least it doesn't take years to even begin to understand the competitive structures and dynamics. If that was the case then Inamori's lack of experience would be a problem, to say nothing of how he'll be spending only three or four days a week catching up. Yes, we're being sarcastic here.
Thanks for the posting that interview, quite inspirational. Always great to see young success stories.
Till then,
Jean

Last night I had a dream that Dale Earnhardt Jr. crashed his car into my house. What does this dream mean?
Air-stairs ,restrooms , seating areas, free minimal frills refreshments , TVs and a way of segregating various passenger groups from each other and that's it Problem solved..
It's really great achievement of 18 yr old Airline CEO. Thanks for good interview.
